Victims of car accidents or serious falls often suffer multiple injuries and require coordinated, comprehensive rehabilitation care.
Good Shepherd Penn Partners (GSPP) offers a continuum of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to those who have suffered multi-trauma injuries. Good Shepherd Penn Partners is there to help you regain as much function and independence as possible and to get you home as soon as possible.
Good Shepherd Penn Partners offers three levels of care tailored to your individual needs through every step of your rehabilitation.
After leaving the hospital, a survivor of multi-trauma injury may be too fragile to go home or to a rehabilitation facility. The physicians and staff at Good Shepherd Penn Partners Specialty Hospital at Rittenhouse can provide the additional care that is needed.
Once you are medically stable, intensive inpatient multi-trauma rehabilitation is provided at the Penn Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine. Here, survivors of multi-trauma injuries receive three hours of physical, speech or occupational therapy each day.
Following your inpatient rehabilitation, you may benefit from further outpatient care at GSPP Penn Therapy & Fitness. Eight convenient locations are found throughout the Philadelphia region.
