About GSPP

Good Shepherd Penn Partners (GSPP) is a joint venture between Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The organization, which is the post-acute care provider for the entire UPHS network, represents one of the most comprehensive continuums of post-acute medical care in eastern Pennsylvania.

The organization provides specialized long-term acute care and inpatient and outpatient physical rehabilitation throughout the Philadelphia region.

Good Shepherd Penn Partners operates:

  • The Penn Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine, a new 58-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital located at Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse, 18th and Lombard Streets, Philadelphia;
  • Good Shepherd Penn Partners Specialty Hospital at Rittenhouse, a new 38-bed long-term acute care hospital at Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse, 18th and Lombard Streets, Philadelphia; and
  • Eight outpatient locations of GSPP Penn Therapy and Fitness, located throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
